Tiny tangles.

Big nervous system benefits.

Once upon a time, I took a Zentangle class and my brain went, “Ohhh. THIS is the good stuff.”

Repetitive lines, patterns, dots, and small decisions I can make with my hands? Instant yes.

For me, doodling is part meditation, part creative practice, part nervous system reset. Lately I’ve been drawing almost daily — usually on 4" x 4" paper so I can finish in one sitting, because apparently I also love a completed thought.

What you’ll find here

  • Small pattern pieces and daily doodles
  • Occasional bigger works (in-progress is allowed here)
  • Experiments with color, rhythm, and repetition
  • A little window into what my brain likes to do when it gets quiet enough to play

Some pieces and paper goods make their way to my Etsy shop, where I sell original doodles, hand-drawn goods, and other bits of analog creativity.
