As HelloSpoke grew from startup to national platform, onboarding and support needed to scale. I built the playbooks, training, and systems that helped teams adopt the product confidently — from day one to day 100.
Experience Design
Selling a $45K machine with an $18 demonstrator
Sales reps needed a way to explain complex equipment without bringing a 2,000-lb machine to every meeting. I designed a portable, content-rich flip chart that helped start conversations anywhere — and even close deals without the product on-site.
This was many years ago, but the problem solving and design thinking are still relevant ;)
